Doug The Bee Guy, known for his high quality raw honeys produced this variety from the hills of Anahola on Kauai Island, Hawaii.  The bees are in contact with the flora of Kalalea Mountain-eucalyptus and coco palm among others.  All of the nectars and pollens combine for an amazing flavor!  Great for charcuterie or adding to your favorite dish.
