Who makes your products?

All products are made by Worker B from our own all-natural formulations, proudly made in America at our studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Do you keep your own beehives?

Worker B does not own its own hives. We source beehive products only from trusted beekeepers, primarily in Minnesota, while others are located across the Midwest, America, and even internationally. We ensure that our beekeepers are chemical-, pesticide-, and antibiotic-free and that the hives are non-migratory.

How do I get free sampling?

Only at our showroom space at the Northrup King Building, which includes our skin products and honeys. We do not ship free samples, but several products can be purchased in a sample size.

How are Worker B’s products different from other "bee-based" companies?

  • Water-, filler-, and preservative-free.
  • Original formulations only...no melt-and-pour pre-made components.
  • Bee product sourcing: we know many of our beekeepers personally, and ensure that we source only the purest bee products available.
  • We source all ingredients and manufacture the skincare ourselves, by hand.

What does "water-free” really mean?

Water-free means that our products are free of all fillers and unnecessary ingredients. The results are highly concentrated products with 100% beneficial ingredients. A little goes a long way!

Why bee ingredients?

Everyone has their favorite base ingredient (beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil). We are honeybee people and believe that the aspects of beeswax, raw honey, and bee propolis are superior to other base ingredients. For more information, please visit our Ingredients page.

Are your products gluten-free?

Almost all Worker B products are gluten-free. We do use Wheatgerm Oil in our Raw Honey Face Wash for Oily Skin. The Dry Skin formulation is Wheatgerm Oil free. Please contact us with any specific ingredient questions.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our skin products are water-free, all-natural formulations. We provide a “best before” date of at least 12 months from the date of manufacture. Worker B products are meant to be used, not stored. We are a small batch manufacturer committed to making the freshest products possible. If you have any questions about the texture, smell, or consistency of the products, please contact us.

I am allergic to bee stings. Can I use your products?

Worker B does not use bee venom in our products. We do use other honeybee products like beeswax, raw honey, and bee propolis. We do recommend consulting a health care professional to determine your allergy restrictions.

Are your products tested on animals?

Worker B does NOT conduct product or ingredient tests of any kind on animals. Our products contain raw honey, beeswax, and bee propolis that are collected sustainably from the hives.

Are your products safe for pets?

Worker B products are made from natural, food-grade materials. Our products have never been tested on animals, and are not meant for consumption. Many customers, ourselves included, have used the Worker B products on their pets. If you have questions about using a product on your pet or if you have a pet that has ingested a product, please consult your veterinarian.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Generally speaking, Worker B products are suitable for most people. We recommend that any expectant mother check with her physician before changing a routine with any skincare, herbal tea, or dietary supplement products.

Where do you ship from?

All shipments are made from Minneapolis, MN 55413 USA

How fast do online orders ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Allow an additional 1-5 business days for transit time, depending on the shipping destination. Shipping confirmation emails are provided with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship most products internationally. Certain products (raw honey and supplements, for example) cannot be shipped to all international locations.  We ship to Canada directly from the website. Please contact us directly for specific international shipping information.

Can you split my order to two shipping addresses?

Worker B is currently only able to ship to one shipping address per online order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate online order for each shipping address. Questions? Contact us.

What about damaged items?

Please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment when you receive your order. If damage occurred to the items in your shipment, contact us immediately at our Contact Us page. We will need your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit. Note: all damage requests must be received within 30 days of package delivery date.

How can I fix a shipping error?

If we made a mistake and you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately at our Contact Us page.

Worker B believes in the quality of our products and hopes you are satisfied with your purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges for online orders or products purchased through unauthorized resellers. We suggest trying a sample size product before ordering a full-size item when possible.

Should I contact you about a return from a retail location?

Please contact the retail store directly for their return policy.

Why doesn't the shopping cart doesn't reflect free shipping for my order over $75.00?

Note that free shipping applies to orders over $75.00 after any discounts (coupons) and before sales taxes. So if an order would qualify for free shipping but a coupon is used to bring the total below $75.00, then the order no longer qualifies.

The shopping cart will display your order total based on these rules, with any applicable discounts, taxes, and shipping costs.  Please review your order before submitting and let us know if you have any questions beforehand.

Also, note that free shipping only applies to domestic (US) orders and does not apply to international orders.

How do I get the Treatment Stick (or Lip Balm) tube open?

There is a small perforation in the label about an inch (half-inch) from the top and it lines up where the cap meets the tube underneath.  Hold the tube in one hand and with your other hand give the cap a good twist and that should break the perforation.  Alternatively, you can peel off the top (cap-portion) of the label at the perforation line and the cap will be exposed.

My honey is crystallized (solid). Can I still eat it?

While most of our honeys ship well before any crystallization, all raw honey will crystallize over time.  This is a natural process and does not indicate that the raw honey has spoiled.  Many factors affect the rate at which honey will crystallize, including temperature, amount of pollen, and variety.

Raw honey can be re-liquefied by putting the jar in a double boiler or warm water bath (about 105 °F, 41 °C).  Stirring the honey periodically helps to transfer heat.  Be careful to keep water out of the honey jar, as it will cause the honey to spoil.

Alternatively, we suggest enjoying crystallized honey as is. It can be used on toast, oatmeal, or enjoyed on a spoon! Try it with hot tea, where it will liquefy naturally.

Worker B cannot guarantee raw honey will be liquid upon delivery.
