• Melon - Vegetal and mildly sweet
• Kiawe - Smooth, buttery taste...with hints of coconut, sweet corn, and a little salt on the finish
• Oak Honeydew - From trees, not flowers! It takes longer to produce and the jammy preserve that's created has bright, warm flavor notes of a dried fruit medley, Caramel, Slight Pepper Finish
• Toyon - Earthy vanilla, toasted chestnuts and burnt sugar
