Chunk Honey

Chunk Honey combines honey with a honeycomb piece inside. This batch comes from one of our friendly beekeepers near Elk River, Minnesota. The bees pollinate mostly basswood plus wildflowers near local wetlands and springs. The result is honey with a sweetness and light mint finish. Eat it from the jar, place it on your charcuterie board, or mix it up in a stir fry.
