Most folks know alfalfa as feed for livestock.  But come summer, those same fields put on a quiet show of small purple blooms, drawing bees out across the rows. This honey comes from South Dakota, just over the Minnesota line, close enough for us to work directly with the beekeeper. Raw, honest, and ready for your table.
